The meta is everchanging in Call of Duty’s Warzone after introducing Cold War weapons into the arsenal. Shaking up the meta is nothing new for Warzone, so most players already know the drill. As of Cold War Warzone’s first season, we’re beginning to see a few weapons reign supreme. One of those weapons leading the pack is the DMR 14 tactical rifle. Here’s a look at the best DMR 14 loadout in Cold War Warzone for season one.
Weapon loadouts are versatile in Warzone, so it’s difficult to say what’s best. One player might prefer a different setup over another. But at the end of the day, many pro players tend to use similar attachments, perks, and equipment. For that reason, using professional loadouts is a great starting point. Let’s take a look at what attachments the veterans are using on their DMR 14 setup in Warzone.
Best DMR 14 loadout in Cold War Warzone
Here’s a look at the best DMR 14 loadout in Cold War Warzone:
- Muzzle: Agency Silencer
- Barrel: 16.3″ Titanium
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip
- Ammunition: 30 Rnd
- Optic: Axial Arms 3x
Stealthiness is key in Warzone, which is why we’re going with the Agency Silencer for the muzzle option. It provides sound suppression and increases damage range in exchange for ADS Speed and Aim Walking Steadiness.
In terms of barrels, there are a few viable options. We’re seeing many professional players use the 16.3″ Titanium because it increases the fire rate. The higher fire rate translates into a quicker time to kill, which is a massive advantage in Warzone. However, other players like to throw on the longer 20.8″ Task Force to increase bullet velocity, damage, and damage range.
Both horizontal and vertical recoil is important in Warzone, especially on weapons like the DMR. To minimize the recoil, try out the Field Agent Foregrip. It provides a slight decrease in shooting move speed, but nothing too serious.
Ammunition is another critical factor, and we’re going with the basic 30 Rnd mag. You might be wondering: why not the Speed Mag? The answer is that the speed mag decreases ADS speed far too much and gives you a significant disadvantage on the field.
Finally, you’re going to need a scope for this beast. It usually comes down to personal preference, but many players are using the Axial Arms 3x right now. It provides 3.0x magnification with a mil-dot crosshair for easy targeting.
