This message will only appear to players in the Third Sea, because it is alerting the server to a particular Raid Boss that has just spawned in by a player. The Soul Reaper.

Soul Reaper is an extremely challenging Raid Boss in Blox Fruits. It is level 2100 and has 260,500 health and deals staggering damage. You will find this monster in the Haunted Castle of the Third Sea where it was spawned. Upon alerting the server, most players will make their way towards him for a battle of the ages. You’d better hope the player who spawned him is a match, otherwise you’ll all get decimated.
If you deal at least 10% damage to Soul Reaper, then you are guaranteed the Holy Crown and Bones as a rewards for defeating him, as well as a 5% chance of getting the Hallow Scythe. You can spawn the boss yourself at the Haunted Castle by using a Hallow Essence.
