Otter Nobunaga is a unique monster in the world of Chained Echoes that you can find in the Arkant Archipelago area of the game. More specifically, you will run into it when you are walking along the beach. However, there is a catch. You will have to remove all of your character’s equipments, except for accessories, and enter the area (reenter the area if you have already entered with your equipment, well, equipped). Don’t worry, he will only appear and not force you to battle without your equipment. Equip everything and get ready to battle.
Otter Nobunaga is a very decent melee warrior that will attack you with a Sword Strike, an Arc Swing which will hit all the members of your party, and Charming Cuteness, charming the whole party. The first two attacks are powerful, but the third will prevent you from switching. So you better debuff the Otter, use your best attacks, and heal everyone in your party. If someone gets charmed, the only way to cure it is to wait. Do this until you defeat it.
