The Title Update 11 brought new gears and weapons. However, it also added an important attribute called Skill Efficiency. The developers introduced it on the new “Memento” exotic backpack at the time of the attribute’s release. Similar to Weapon Handling, the new attribute modifies multiple skill-focused attribute bonuses at the same time. Here is the breakdown of +1% Skill Efficiency.

- +1% Skill Haste
- +1% Skill Duration
- +1% Skill Health
- +1% Repair Skills
- +1% Status Effects
