Make the perfect choice before you join the battle.

Minecraft-like postapocalyptic survival game Stalcraft is grabbing the attention of many Escape from Tarkov fans and has the potential to become a favorite for many. The game has both a variety of PvE and PvP combat so it can appeal to everyone’s taste. However, winning an encounter vs a real player is not the same as winning against AI-controlled enemies. You will need practice, experience, and good weapons.

Best Weapons for PvP

Before choosing your weapon in Stalcraft you need to know what kind of a player are you. Are you someone who is battling their way on mid to long-range distances or are you someone who likes close-knit combat? You will probably be put in both of those situations but your personal preference will define what weapons you will carry with you.

If you are a fan of long-range shootouts, then our advice would be to pick up an SVT-40 or a Mosin. They function great on long and mid-range distances with the only difference being their firing rate. Mosin is a high-risk high-reward sniper that can one-shot enemies. SVT-40 is semi-automatic which means you can fire more shots at once, but they will have less damage than Mosin.

For those close-range encounters, there is no better weapon than HK MP5K. This SMG has the highest fire rate in the game, quickly reloads, and deals solid damage. For increased accuracy, you can try out the FN F2000 as it can be both your close-range and mid-range companion. Small recoil will help you to aim better and a rapid firing rate will bring down anybody in your sights.

Lastly, always pay attention to the type of ammo your gun uses. If you can’t find enough ammo for your main weapon, it’s better to ditch it for some less powerful one that will have enough ammo.
