High on Life – How to Find a Way Around the River

High on Life is a fun game. A mind-melting, possibly nightmare-fueling, and cringe-inducing game all thanks to Justin Roiland. And I love every single part of it. The amount of dark comedy and laughter in this game, although a little bit much for some, will secure a good time for you. Having said that, this is actually a fully-fledged game and not only a meme-making machine, so you will have to do several things in order to get new stuff and complete your objectives. The second bounty that the game entrusts in you is called Bounty: Kubris, and by looking for Kubris, you will encounter some difficulties. More specifically, a deadly river of toxic waste. Here is how to find a way around the river in High on Life.

How to Find a Way Around the River

As a rule of thumb, the location you must go will always be found on your UI. It is not a straight line, though, but it will show you the exact pathway to take to reach your current objective. With that being said, you are going to want to find a way around the river at this point of the adventure (Bounty: Kubris). It is not as simple as just swimming the way over there, since you will instantly die. You’re instead going to do some crazy things with Kenny and Knifey. Here is how to find a way around the river in High on Life:

Around the River Walkthrough

• After you get to the third ward drive, continue with the road ahead, moving towards your destination. Be sure to time your jumps and air slides. Shoot the green palpitating seeds in the wall to open up plant platforms. You will find yourself in front of a waterfall. Use Knifey’s grapple hoop ability with the flies, much to your pal’s agony. Reach the top of the waterfall.
• You will then encounter an enemy deserter and quite an annoying one. Try to ignore it. And no, you won’t be able to kill him, he will just teleport. You will find some platforms that will catapult you across the toxic river. Use Kenny’s Glob Shot to catapult yourself by positioning yourself on the other half of the platform.
• You will find a platform that is out of reach. Left to it, you will find a plant that will be able to bounce your Glob Shot. Position it correctly to tear down the bridge and jump and air slide over there.
• Continue moving towards your objective. You will find a zipline station. Kill the enemies and climb it. Use Knifey to zipline to the other part. However, be careful to use the zipline on the right, since you will find an obstacle on the one on the left and possibly fall to your death.
• Continue to your objective, and you will find yourself around the river.

Continue with your Bounty mission and follow the way to locate the mansion and get rid of your enemies and find your objective: Kubris.
