Weekends bring lots of fun and exciting things for gamers. For those who work during the week, this time is most sacred. With only 2-3 days every week where you can fully enjoy a game and not have to worry about the stresses of life. For developers, especially ones working on mobile games, the weekend is a time for weekly events. Certain mobile games host weekend events with special currency that can only be obtained during the weekend. In comes Clash of Clans. How to Get Raid Medals in Clash of Clans
Obtaining Raid Medals, to no ones surprise, goes hand-in-hand with the Raid Weekends. These Raid Weekends go live every week on Friday at 7am UTC, and will continue through the weekend and officially end every Monday at 7am UTC as well. In order to participate, players will need to join a clan and make sure that the clan’s Capital Hall is at least level 2. Players will then compete in a series of attacks against other clans capitals while making sure their own capital is sufficiently defended.
Once all is said and done, if you have participated in the attack during the Raid Weekend, you will receive Raid Medals, amongst other clan rewards. These medals can be used to buy items from the trader in game, as well as reinforcing Clan Castles with troops. A maximum amount of 5,000 Raid Medals can be held at one time. If you are at the max amount of Raid Medals, these will be converted into gems at a conversion rate of 1 gem for every 100 extra medals.
Avid Clash of Clans players live for the Raid Weekends. It’s a time where your whole clan can unify together with a common goal of destroying another clans capital. Receiving Raid Medals by participating in Raid Weekend attacks will not only help out individuals, but your clan as well. Players who might not have as much free time during the week will rest easier knowing how to get Raid Medals in Clash of Clans. Thankfully, players won’t have to worry about their boss looking over their shoulders as their decimating another clan during the weekend.
