How to Get Tier 5 Weapons in Shatterline

Bigger bang for your buck.

In any shooter game, the guns that you use are just as important as the way you use them. You could be the best sniper in the world, but you won’t be doing much sniping if all you have to your name is a crummy popgun. If you want to be the best in Shatterline, you need to have top-of-the-line weaponry. Here’s how to get Tier 5 weapons in Shatterline.

How to Get Tier 5 Weapons in Shatterline

Shatterline’s weapon pool is built around a Tier structure. There are a total of five Tiers of weapons, with each Tier containing one of the following weapon types:

  • Pistols
  • Shotguns
  • Assault Rifles
  • SMGs
  • Sniper Rifles

Every weapon in the game is different, with the higher-Tier weapons not necessarily being objectively better than the ones beneath them. That said, unlocking the highest Tier, Tier 5, means having both the top-Tier weapons at your disposal and access to every other weapon beneath them, so there’s no real reason not to shoot for the top.

Experience is Key

So how do you actually get access to the Tier 5 weapons? One word: experience. As you complete challenges and participate in matches, you’ll accrue experience for your profile. As you accrue experience, you’ll unlock various features and items, including the higher weapon Tiers.

New weapon Tiers are unlocked at every 25,000 experience threshold. As such, assuming you’re starting from zero, you’d need a grand total of 125,000 experience to unlock the Tier 5 weapons.

It’s a substantial grind to be sure, but on the bright side, it gives you plenty of time and opportunities to try out every other weapon in the Tiers leading up to Tier 5. Who knows, you may even find the weapon your heart desires before you even hit Tier 5! At that point, your eventual unlocking of Tier 5 will just be a pleasant bonus, as well as an opportunity to keep practicing.
