It’s an iron-clad rule of sports anime that any character with a seemingly-permanent medical plaster on their face is a designated protagonist. Everything else is immaterial; if there’s a cut on their face that never seems to go away, they’re our hero. Omega Strikers’ Juliette has such a feature and has major protag energy as a result. Here’s a guide to using Juliette in Omega Strikers.
Omega Strikers: Best Builds for Juliette – Strategies, Tricks, and Tips
Juliette, also known as the Eager Rookie, is a bread-and-butter power Forward. She doesn’t have any particularly wacky gimmicks or abilities. Juliette is all about running right into the action and pummeling opponents into submission before smacking the core into the opposing goal.

Juliette’s kit includes the following abilities:
- Primary: Fiery Fist: Fly forward in a straight line, dealing medium hits to all opponents in your path.
- Secondary: Flying Phoenix: Dash forward, dealing medium hits to all opponents in your path. You can queue up other abilites while using Flying Phoenix.
- Special: Flame Flurry: Unleash a series of quick light hits in a small arc, before finishing with a wide roundhouse kick.
That Girl’s Gonna Go Far
To co-op a piece of fighting game terminology, Juliette’s playstyle can best be described as “unga-bunga.” She’s all about high-speed aggression and momentum. No time for strategizing, just get right in there and start making a nuisance of yourself. Use Fiery Fist and Flying Phoenix to quickly close gaps, as well as to knock opponents off the field. Juliette’s abilities are naturally strong, so she’s great for quickly draining enemy Stagger, leaving them too exhausted to stop her.
Juliette works best as a Forward, especially with these Trainings:
- Tempo Swing: Light, medium, and heavy hits deal escalating bonus damage based on your Stagger, healing back your Stagger as well.
- Extra Special: Reduces Special cooldown by 15%. Knocks 15 seconds off your Special cooldown whenever a new round starts.
- Crossover: All Strikes grant a 35% Haste effect for 1.5 seconds.
While not ideal, Juliette can also be a Goalie in a pinch thanks to the dashing effects of her abilities. If you have to have a Goalie Juliette, use these Trainings:
- Heavy Handed: Hit 8% harder, boosted to 16% for heavy hits.
- Super Surge: Movement abilities hit 20% harder, abilities with dashes travel 50% further, and Haste buffs are 50% stronger.
- Built Differently: Gain an extra 35% Stagger, hit 5% harder.
Juliette is a great choice for beginner Forwards thanks to her balanced stats and straightforward abilities. If you don’t want to put too much thought into your playstyle, she’s got you covered.
