Free character transfers have been enabled on specific WoW Classic realms in order to reduce long queue times. The following servers will allow players to do a “Free Character Move” as soon as they want.

Blizzard will close transfers to servers that hit the population threshold without any warning.
This announcement comes at the same time as the Zul’Gurub release date from Blizzard. In addition to the Zul’Gurub release, the Dragons of Nightmare will also be released on the same day.
