Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem released this week and the response was overwhelming. Wolcen’s servers struggled to handle the number of people trying to connect on day one, and the issues are persisting through the start of this weekend.
Wolcen Error #100 Cloud Servers Down For Maintenance
As of 7:00 PM, users are getting hit with a Wolcen Error #100: @ui_gserror_CloudServersDownForMaintenance. To translate this to English, it means Wolcen temporarily took down their servers for maintenance.
According to a recent Tweet from the team, the amount of downtime is yet to be determined.

If you’re like me and you planned to play Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem all weekend, it looks like those plans are off to a bad start. The Wolcen team has been hard at work ironing out the bugs and server issues, so it’s likely they will get this resolved as soon as they possibly can.
Update: Wolcen servers will be down until 5:00 PM UTC, which is 12:00 PM EST Saturday, February 15th, 2020.
Status update: The server maintenance is extended until 5PM UTC. The characters, stashes, and endgame online will be restored as they were prior to server shutdown and we will add safeguards to avoid such issues to happen again. Thank you for your understanding.— WolcenGame (@WolcenGame) February 15, 2020
Update 2: Wolcen servers will now be down until at minimum until Sunday, February 15th, 2020 at 12:00 PM EST.
We continue our efforts day and night with our partner to bring back Online servers. We can already share with you that the servers will not come back Online before tomorrow 12 PM UTC. We will keep you informed if anything changes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.— WolcenGame (@WolcenGame) February 15, 2020
While this is pretty frustrating for most people that purchased the game, you can always feel free to play in offline mode.
