MLB The Show’s 23 version of the Ultimate Team game mode is the Diamond Dynasty, in which you get to build your fantasy team with lots of high-quality players. You play in this mode to earn packs of cards featuring legends and today’s players; the more experience you have, the better your chances of unlocking cards and getting stronger players.
Other game modes within the Diamond Dynasty include Battle Royale, Casual, and Conquest. For Franchise mode, you play as one of the existing teams in the MLB prioritizing the management by scouting and drafting players. As of now, the WBC will not be in MLB The Show 23.
