Pokémon may very well set you out on completing its biggest mission of getting your Pokédex 100% during your travels (or rather in exploring the full terrain of its entire map) is the greatest challenge it can present. But for fully experiencing the game, or at least playing through it as smoothly as possible, locating specific items will be on your to-do list at some point on your travels.
If we are talking specifics, then its Poké Ball types that have their own effects will be of great benefit to be on your person. These will come to your aid for various reasons and situations to make capturing any and all Pokémon’s that much smoother of a process. When we are talking about the best of the best of such an item, it is with the Beast Balls that will be high on such a list of wanting or needing to acquire them.
Where to get Beast Balls in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
The reason for this is simple. The Beast Ball has always been classified as “a special Poké Ball designed to catch Ultra Beasts. It has a low success rate for catching others.” But since Ultra Beasts have been thrown out of the window in place of the more fitting to the theme of past and present coming together with the Paradox Pokémon for Scarlet and Violet, its usage in this game has become rather obsolete as a result.
That’s not to say that it does not happen to rear its head, however. As of now, only one Beast Ball has been recorded to be seen in the game’s story. This is awarded by Jacq, your homeroom teacher for having completed the Pokédex.
With seven Paradox Pokémon to catch within either Scarlet or Violet, obtaining this one and only Beast Ball will not change your game completely. Keep it on-hand as a nice souvenir even and use up other Poké Balls instead that you have in overabundance!
