What is Chili Sauce Used For in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?

This condiment is one of the many sandwich ingredients found in Scarlet and Violet. Sandwiches are a new helpful function of the Picnic feature in the game. Offering a 30-minute boost in a selected ability. This can be use this to target specific Pokémon-Types and increase the drop rate of items. This boost is the sandwich Meal Powers. The Picnic feature can also be used as a fast-track method to level up your active Pokémon quicker or to Reset in Mass Outbreaks. You can either target specific Pokémon by size or by rarity. Resulting in an increased chance of running into this specific Pokémon in the wild.

These special sandwiches can be throughout both the base-game and post-game. Whereas, the Herba Mystica is reintroduced to players in the post-game experience. As a means of making Shiny Sandwiches.

Chili Sauce can be found in multiple stores across Paldea. Players must find the Aquiesta Supermarkets. This market is located in Levincia, the eastern city of Paldea. The supermarket is located on the northern side of the city. Refer to the screenshot below for an accurate image of the supermarket location (black circle on the map). Levincia is located on the eastern border of Paldea, past the Artazon town.

This condiment is one of the more expensive ingredients you can buy in Scarlet and Violet. With a price point of 320 Pokémon Dollars. However, this ingredient is crucial in the making of the Great Zesty Sandwich. This recipe is useful for boosting the EXP of your active party against Water-Type Pokémon.

Players can also find this ingredient in Deli Cioso. This store is located in three areas of Paldea:
