Eevee has maintained a positive reputation among all other Pokemon over the years, on par with the likes of Pikachu. There are two reasons for this: one, its veritable rainbow of potential evolved forms. Two, it’s cute as the dickens. Naturally, Eevee has made a return in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, so you’ll want to start catching them in bulk. Here’s where to catch Eevee in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
Where to Catch Eevee in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
While there are a few places you can look for Eevees around the Paldea region, one of the most reliable spots is on the outskirts of Medali City, home of the Normal-type Gym and located in the center-north-west of the region. You’re looking for Eevees in the vicinity of West Province Area Three, right next to the road leading into Medali proper.

The Eevees around here spawn at around level 28-30, not too difficult to deal with if you’re about a third of the way done with the campaign. Even if they were, they’re pure Normal types with average stats, so they’re not too hard for a sufficiently sturdy Pokemon to deal with. Given their generally low stats, you might not even have to fight them; a Poke Ball right at the start of the fight has a pretty good chance of catching them.
What to Do With Eevee
In case you forgot, Eevee has eight possible evolutions, attained through the use of evolutionary items or bonding with it. Those evolutions and their types are:
- Flareon, Fire-type
- Jolteon, Electric-type
- Vaporeon, Water-type
- Espeon, Psychic-type
- Umbreon, Dark-type
- Leafeon, Grass-type
- Glaceon, Ice-type
- Sylveon, Fairy-type
Don’t be afraid to lurk around the Medali outskirts for a little while, farming Eevees until you’ve got enough to get all of the different evolutions. Besides, Eevees are cute and cuddly. Who wouldn’t want to have a bunch of Eevees following them around?
