When to use the extreme growth potion in Maplestory

Know when to Grow

There are so many items in Maplestory. One of the more helpful items of course is the Growth Potion. There are different types with varying abilities but they all help you gain more EXP and level up faster. There are plenty of ways to obtain a few throughout the game. However, the real question is once you get one, when is the real best time to use one? More specifically some of the rare and more powerful ones like the Extreme Growth Potion. Here’s when to use the extreme growth potion in Maplestory.

When to use Extreme Growth Potion

Keep in mind the extreme growth potion is very rare and time-limited. you can only get it during certain events and whoever you use it on has to be at least lvl 141. Also, the higher your character the less likely you’ll gain multiple levels. Most players say the best time to use it would be right around 141 so you can get the max gain out of the potion.

At level 200 the potion can grant over 570 million EXP, but at such a high level it won’t be as effective as somewhere around 141 or so. The lower level you use the better chance you get about 10 level-ups out of it.

Remember that the item is untradeable and cannot be sold. So you have it as long as you need it but probably shouldn’t stockpile them.
