Silent Hill 2 was announced via The Silent Hill Transmission Live Stream on October 19th, 2022. A console-timed exclusive to PS5, Silent Hill has been revived after a whopping 21 years since its original release on PS2. With a later release of a PC version. Silent Hill follows James Sunderland, a man on a mission to find his dead wife. Yes, you read that right. After receiving a letter from his late wife, Mary, telling him to find her in their special place.

When Does Silent Hill 2 Remake Release?

A live, interactive series called Ascension has been announced alongside a new film, titled Return to Silent Hill. With Victor Hadida as the producer and Christophe Gans as the director. Akira Yamaoka, the original composer of the Silent Hill games is collaborating with Masahiro Ito, the original artist for the monstrous creations we see in Silent Hill 2.

Not only this but, there is a James Sunderland, Maria, Red Pyramid Thing, and Inu-End 1/6 Scale Statue releasing March-May, 2023 in Japan and To Be Announced for other countries. There will also be the release of Silent Hill Limited Edition Board Collection, limited decks that are now available for pre-order. Collectible items such as Bubble Head Nurse and Pyramid Thing & Maria Elevator Diorama will be coming soon to the Bedrock Collectibles Website.
