Since its announcement on May 29, 2021, the latest addition to the MCC universe of Minecraft public servers, MCC Island, has caused quite a bit of hype and anticipation for its eager yet patient players. Though it’s been radio silence for about a year now, we’ve finally got an update on MCC Island from its developers over at Noxcrew. They’ve even given players hope of when it could be finally dropping. So, when does MCC Island release?
When Does MCC Island Release?
Official word was given over at the MCC Island Twitter account that the MCC Island public server would indeed be released in 2022. Though no exact date was given, it’s safe to say that the window would be sooner rather than later. There also seems to be no cause for worry when it comes to any potential delays to push this release out of 2022 either. So players should hopefully get their hands on MCC Island sooner rather than later. We will update this page once an official release date has been dropped but for now keep your eyes peeled.
Minecraft: Java Edition players excited for a taste of this new public server can sign up for the MCC Island beta right now by heading to the official MCC Island website, entering their email, and eventually, possibly, receive an invite to join in on the fun.
Though there still hasn’t been more information divulged about this new and exciting public MCC server, Noxcrew has done a good job at not trying to bait expectations of information too much, keeping from overselling something to its loyal player base. It’s an admirable thing to see from creators these days, and the MCC Island public server is sure to be a blast to play once it finally releases for the Minecraft community.
