What Time do Twitch Drops go Live for Hogwarts Legacy? Answered

Hogwarts Legacy marks the first time in a decade that a new Harry Potter game has arrived on both consoles and PCs. The game lets players control a Hogwarts student ago attending the school for the first time as they gain their wizard skills. To assist players in their journey, developer Avalanche Software announced that there will be Twitch drops for the game giving players extra content. In this guide, we’ll let you know when these Twitch drops go live.

How to Receive Twitch Drops?

In order to receive rewards from Twitch drops, you’ll need to sign up or log into your Warner Bros Games account. Next, link this account with your Twitch account. Once this is done, all you’ll need to do is watch any Twitch stream of Hogwarts Legacy that has Twitch drops enabled for a certain amount of time. When you’ve watched long enough, you’ll receive a Twitch notification letting you know you have something rewards in your inventory. Once you claim the rewards from the Twitch drop, all you need to do is launch the game when it unlocks in your region. Launch Hogwarts Legacy and head to the pause menu. From there, select Character and then Change Appearance. This is where your rewards will be. The following rewards can be earned:

  • Silver Dragon-Eyed Spectacles 
  • Urchin Hat 
  • Carmine Lightning Bolt Scarf 
  • Lilac Ensemble 

For every 30 minutes you watch a Twitch drop-enabled stream, you’ll receive each item.

What Time do Twitch Drops go Live for Hogwarts Legacy?

Twitch drops will be enabled for Hogwarts Legacy streams from February 7th, 2023 until February 24th, 2023. On February 10th, Avalanche will stream with Twitch drops enabled. They will stream at the following times:

February 10 – 8 AM PT/11 AM ET

All you have to do is watch 20 minutes and you’ll receive Merlin’s cloak.
