According to developer lax1dude, Eaglercraft is real Minecraft 1.5.2. Players can enjoy the game on any web browser. Imagine playing a paid game absolutely free on your school’s Chromebook. The application also allows you to play online with your friends. You can edit your character and name just like in Minecraft and hop in to the world of blocks.

How to Play Eaglercraft

Before we jump into playing Eaglercraft, ensure your web browser supports Java content. Now, let’s look at some steps for playing the game.

  • Open your web browser and log on to the official Eaglercraft website.
  • Once you are on the official website, follow the instructions on the screen. Also, accept all the licensing agreements.
  • Give your character a name and edit how it looks in the game.
  • Once you are done with the above step, you will land on the main menu of the game reading “Minecraft You Eagler”
  • Choose any game mode and start playing.

That’s all. Now you can hit the above website and enjoy the game. Please note: Since the web-based game is in beta, you may face some bugs and glitches.

Eaglercraft is not as detailed as Minecraft, but it does the job well. You can play the game for free with most of the functions, including connecting to the official servers of Mojang’s title.
