Ultra Kaiju Monster Rancher Confirmed Monster List

Ultra Kaiju Monster Rancher, as the name sums up pretty succinctly, allows you to care for and develop your very own giant monster (or robot or alien or other random category of creature) with activities and training regimens. You can then battle them against other monsters to become the best Monster Rancher in the world.

Like the regular Monster Rancher games, Ultra Kaiju Monster Rancher features a massive library of digital CDs, each of which can summon up a monster for you to raise. You can also summon up monsters using NFC cards with the Nintendo Switch’s NFC reader feature.

While we don’t have the full scope of the game’s over 200 monsters just yet, we do have a list of confirmed appearances from trailers and promotional material. The monsters confirmed to appear in Ultra Kaiju Monster Rancher are as follows:

  • Gomora
  • Alien Baltan
  • Zetton
  • Alien Metron
  • King Joe
  • Sevenger
  • Birdon
  • Eleking
  • Miclas
  • Dada
  • Melba
  • Kanegon
  • Golza

In addition to the base roster of monsters, you can also combine two monsters together into a merged monster, some of which have never even appeared in any Ultra series show before! So far, only one of these has been revealed: a fusion of Gomora and Zetton aptly named Zetton Gomora.

Ultra Kaiju Monster Rancher is slated to release on Nintendo Switch sometime before the end of 2022. I’m gonna raise my own King Joe and name him Joey. It’s gonna be awesome.
