The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe — How to Unlock Every Ending

The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is an expanded re-imagining of the 2013 cult classic The Stanley Parable. In this narrative-shattering, fourth-wall breaking, meta-story, players step into the shoes of Stanley. Stanley is plagued by a narrator who insists on having control over his life, and it’s up to the player to prove them wrong … or not.

It can be said that the highlights of The Stanley Parable are the various endings. If you’re having trouble reaching a particular ending, here’s a handy guide to help you outsmart the narrator at every turn! Ultra Deluxe brings with it a whole slew of new endings, but the original endings are also achievable without additional steps.

How to Unlock Every Ending in The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe

Original — Normal Ending

1. Head through the left door.
2. Take the stairs to the boss’s office.
3. Enter code: 2-8-4-5.
4. Take the elevator down to the facility.
5. Turn the device OFF.

Original — Control Ending

1. Follow the NORMAL ENDING route until you reach the facility.
2. Turn the device ON.

Original — Escape Ending

1. Follow the NORMAL ENDING route until you reach the facility.
2. After resetting at least once, you will see an ‘escape’ sign appear.
3. Enter the hallway where the ‘escape’ sign pointed.

Original — Confusion Ending

1. Head through the right door.
2. Take the elevator in the maintenance room down.
3. Explore until the reset.
4. Follow the Yellow Adventure Line.
5. After the reset, enter the newly opened path.

Original — Seeing Stars Ending

1. Go through the left door.
2. Reach the stairs leading to the boss’s office, then head down.
3. Reach the basement and walk through the halls.

Original — Office Ending

1. In the beginning, close the door to your office.
2. Wait.

Original — Broom Closet Ending

1. Enter the Broom Closet.
2. Close the door and wait.

Original — Window White Void Ending

1. In the beginning, look to the left for windows.
2. Stand atop the desk labeled ‘434.’
3. Crawl out the white window and let yourself fall.

Original — Awaiting Input Ending

1. In the beginning area of the game — before you reach the doors — interact with five computers.
2. You’ll know which ones they are because they’ll have an ‘awaiting input’ message on the monitor.
3. Interact with one computer per reset, all in the same session. If you exit the game, your progress will reset.
   • Computer 1: In the first room, computer #419.
   • Computer 2: In the following room, computer #423.
   • Computer 3: In the lobby of the boss’s office. This one is located at the secretary’s desk.
   • Computer 4: In the first room, computer #434.
   • Computer 5: In Stanley’s office.

Original — Indie Games Ending

1. Go through the right door, then to the warehouse.
2. Ride the cargo lift, then drop onto the catwalk.
3. When you reach the red and blue doors, go through the blue door each time.

Original — Baby Clicker Ending

1. In the Indie Games ending, there will be a sequence with a baby.
2. In order to reach this ending, you will need to press the button for four hours straight.
3. Two hours in, you’ll have to press two buttons.

Original — True Happiness Ending

1. Go through the right door, then to the warehouse.
2. Ride the cargo lift, then drop onto the catwalk.
3. When you reach the red and blue doors, go through the red door.
4. Drop from a high place multiple times.

Original — Home at Last Ending

1. As you reach the room with two doors, head right.
2. Proceed straight into the warehouse. Ride the cargo lift.
3. When you reach the telephone room, answer it.

Original — Unplugged Ending

1. As you reach the room with two doors, head right.
2. Proceed straight into the warehouse. Ride the cargo lift.
3. When you reach the telephone room, unplug it.

Ultra Deluxe — New Content Ending

1. Complete two resets.
2. As you leave the first two rooms, but before you reach the room with two doors, enter the ‘new content’ door.
3. It will reset. Repeat the above steps and enter the ‘new content’ door again.

Ultra Deluxe — Bottomless Pit Ending

1. In the ‘new content’ door, go to the bottomless pit exhibit.
2. Continue to fall into the bottomless pit repeatedly.

Ultra Deluxe — Collectibles Ending

1. Collect all six collectibles. Reset.
   • Collectible 1: In the New Content Ending, it shares an area with the giant Stanley statue.
   • Collectible 2: In the bathroom of the boss’s room.
   • Collectible 3: At the bottom of the stairs leading to the boss’s room.
   • Collectible 4: Located in the warehouse. Drop to the left of the cargo lift and cross the wooden beams.
   • Collectible 5: Located in the warehouse. Drop down from the cargo lift. Enter the room with blue and red doors.
   • Collectible 6: Unlock the secret elevator in the boss’s room. It is directly opposite the elevator.

Ultra Deluxe — Escape Pod Ending

1. Take the left door. Enter the boss’s room.
2. Just as you enter the double doors, back out as the doors close.
3. Return to your office and take the alternate path.

Ultra Deluxe — Stanley is Famous Ending

1. Take the left door. Enter the boss’s room.
2. Take the elevator down to the facility.
3. Take the elevator back up to the boss’s room.
4. Take the elevator down to the facility.
5. Take the elevator back up to the boss’s room.
6. Rinse and Repeat.

Ultra Deluxe — A New Life Down Below Ending

1. Reach the facility. In the room with hundreds of monitors, use the chair at the terminal to climb up.
2. Drop into the darkness below.

Ultra Deluxe — Taped Ending

1. Take the right door and reach the warehouse.
2. To the left of the cargo lift, stand on the box and drop down.
3. Turn around to find a vent. Go inside the vent and use the recorder.

Ultra Deluxe — Epilogue Ending

1. Achieve the New Content Ending and Collectibles Ending.
2. Each time you begin the game, you can set the time. Set the time correctly twice (not 12:00).
3. The third time, set the time to whatever you’d like.
4. Repeat for a fourth time, at which point you’ll see a new option on the main menu.

Ultra Deluxe — All the Bucket Endings

1. Nearly every ending and interaction can be modified if you have the bucket, which can be unlocked once you’ve completed the New Content Ending.
2. Carry the bucket as you complete each original and Ultra Deluxe ending.
