Save Room: Levels 1-10 Solutions

You're Gonna Want to Save Some Room ...

In Save Room, your only goal is to make sure all of your weapons and items fit in the space provided. It can be incredibly taxing, especially in the latter stages where you have 4-5 weapons and a bunch of small items like herbs and ammo. But, this game also — strangely enough — can be incredibly relaxing.

Save Room: Levels 1—10 Solutions

In this first level, all you need to do is place the loaded pistol into your inventory. Think of this level as a sort of tutorial for what you can expect as you move forward.

In the second level, you’ll need to fit the loaded pistol, as well as a loaded shotgun … and an egg. It might be obvious, but you’re going to want to place the shotgun upright along the top of the allotted space. As you do, note the extra square in the top-right corner — put the egg here. Then, take the pistol and place it with the barrel facing downward in the only available space left.

This level introduces ammo into the mix, but both arms are already loaded. Take the shotgun, rotate it so that it’s upside down, and place it along the width of the inventory. Then, place the pistol with the barrel facing upward in the space provided above the shotgun. If you’re following this guide, you should have a space beside the pistol and under the shotgun to place the ammo.

To be frank, this might be the first level that’s a challenge. In this level, you’re given a shotgun, a pistol, and a DMP, along with a couple of grenades and three eggs. Place the shotgun along the length of the inventory to the right with the barrel facing upward. Take the pistol and, with the barrel facing left, place it beside the shotgun. Then, take the DMP, flip it upside down and place it underneath the pistol. It’s here where you should begin to see this one come together, so place the grenades where it’s obvious, then place the eggs where it’s even more obvious.

In this level, you’re given a shotgun, a rifle, a pistol, and a DMP, in addition to a variety of ammo boxes, a grenade, and an egg. Take the rifle first and place it against the left-hand corner, facing upside down. Then, take the shotgun and, with the barrel facing left, place it above the rifle. It should leave behind two squares that you can fit an ammo box (or grenade) in. Take the DMP and place it beside the shotgun, where a sort of staircase has been made. Then, take the pistol and place it in the space next to the DMP. It’s then that you can place the remaining ammo boxes / grenade / egg where it makes sense to.

This level introduces the concept of reloading. If you have a weapon in your inventory with a big, red, goose egg signifying that it’s empty, select an ammo box and combine it with the gun to reload. OR, you can simply select an ammo box, drag it over to the weapon, and drop it. It’ll automatically reload. Do this with the pistol and DMP, and place them in the inventory like in the above image. Easy Peasy!

In this level, take what you’ve learned about reloading weapons to a new level. It helps to know that you can combine ammo boxes of the same variety to save space. Do this, then reload your weapons. Place the rifle upright across the top of your inventory, your pistol underneath (around the middle), and the DMP can be flipped upside down and placed in the bottom-right corner. It’s here where it should be obvious where the ammo goes, so place it, and move on to the next level.

First things first, consolidate your ammo and reload! Then, consolidate again! In this level, you’re gonna want to take your shotgun and, with the barrel facing upwards, place it against the right edge. Take your pistol and place it against the left edge, but not right up against the left corner. Leave some room for an ammo box, then place them where they should obviously go. There’s also an egg.

In this level, we’re introduced to the rocket launcher, which can be a pain to deal with. Thankfully, it has no ammo, and doesn’t need to be reloaded. Consolidate your ammo and reload. Let’s get rid of the launcher first; place it against the lower-left, where you’ll leave a single square open (for the egg, obviously). Take the shotgun, flip it upside down, and place it along the top so that the barrel is up against the right edge. Do the same with the pistol, but place it to the left, leaving two squares open for an ammo box. Place the other ammo box next to the rocket launcher and underneath the shotgun.

This level is, admittedly, a lot like the last one. So, approach it in largely the same way. You can place the rocket launcher upside down against the bottom-right corner, and the pistol (with the barrel facing up) can go right next to it. Take the DMP and put it above the launcher once you’ve flipped it upside down. Then, the shotgun can be flipped upside down and placed so one end is above the pistol’s barrel, and the other is up-against the DMP. Then, place all of the ammo boxes, grenades, and eggs where they fit.
