You can find more Diamonds in the shape of Snowflakes scattered throughout the Snowglobe Summit realm. However, you can also farm more Diamonds within the Cave. Additionally, you can also obtain more Diamonds by selling your duplicate Advent Calendar gifts. You can gift your friends items specific to that day through the Advent Calendar. Through this, you can also receive up to three gifts per day.
