How Do You Get Level 4 in Rent Please! Landlord Sim?

In order to level up and reach the next Community Prosperity level, which will allow you to unlock new things in the game, you first need to complete all of the upgrade requirements of the previous level. Many of these things can be reaching a certain room average achievement rate or unlocking rooms and properties to level up. Without further ado, here are all of the things that you need to do in order to reach level 4 in Rent Please! Landlord Sim.

• Firstly, you must complete the objectives of all previous levels in order to be on level 3.
• Next, you will want to unlock all 16 Single Apartment rooms necessary for this level.
• Lastly, make sure that all of your rooms have an average achievement of 100% to pass this level and advance to the fourth!

Finding out what you need to do in order to level up is fairly simple in Rent Please! Landlord Sim.
