How to Get More Ingredients in Potion Craft

While not everything is laid out for you in Potion Craft, there will be a lot of looking high and low for ingredients you may need at times. These encompass Herbs, Roots, Flowers, Minerals and Mushrooms. Where you can find them however are plentiful, so here are all the ways in which you can discover ingredients:

• The Alchemy Map lets you explore your environment. There are currently two maps (Oil and Water) with a third one to be added in a future update.
• There will be local NPCs you can buy from such as the Alchemist, Herbalist and Merchants. They tend to visit your town here and there. He will not hang about all the time, so check out his stock and prices whenever you can but keep in mind that asking prices tend to be extortionate unless you hone your haggling skills. We found it best to shell on sale ingredients and increase our tendency to haggle the further our popularity level increases.
• You will eventually be able to grow your own ingredients in your garden. This will save you having to part with your hard earned cash since you will have a better alternative rather than buying from sellers. You also really need to have even more than one ingredient amount on hand at all times since you never know what request will be thrown at you. Ensure to plant a variety outback for this reason alone so you are not caught out. Also remember that the garden stacks – if you forget to harvest you won’t need to worry about missing a day.
