How to Get Ralts in Pokémon Legends Arceus

How to Get Ralts in Pokémon Legends Arceus

Ralts may seem like an unassuming… whatever it’s supposed to be, but beneath that green bowl cut lies potent Psychic potential, as well as mystical Fairy abilities. A Gardevoir would make an excellent addition to any Pokémon team, but if you want one, you gotta catch that Ralts and evolve it up. Here’s how to get Ralts in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

The earliest Ralts can be found is in the game’s second major area, the Crimson Mirelands, so if you were hoping to get one right off the bat, you’re gonna be disappointed. To be more specific, Ralts have a tendency to hang out near Gapejaw Bog and the Holm of Trials. Ralts can also be found in the Alabaster Islands area, specifically near Hearts Crag and Snowpoint Temple.

  1. Search near Gapejaw Bog in the Crimson Mirelands
  2. Sneak up behind the Ralts, preferably in tall grass
  3. Throw a regular PokéBall to get a stealth catch bonus

As for actually catching a Ralts, subtlety is the best policy. Ralts is a naturally skittish Pokémon, so if you come running at it full throttle either on foot or mounted, it’s just going to make a run for it.

Instead, crouch down and try to sneak up behind it, preferably while concealing yourself in tall grass if there’s some nearby. As long as the Ralts isn’t aware of your presence, you can lob a regular PokéBall at it, and it should be a guaranteed catch. You won’t even need upgraded PokéBalls, as the catch bonus you get from being stealthy should be more than enough to seal the deal.

Don’t forget, Ralts of either gender can eventually evolve into a Gardevoir, but a male Ralts, after evolving into a Kirlia, can evolve into Gallade through the use of a Dawn Stone.
