Friendship, sometimes also called Happiness or Loyalty, is a common feature in most Pokemon games. Typically, it’s used to measure how well you and a particular Pokemon get along. The more time you spend with a Pokemon, the more they will become attached and like you. The concept is still the same in the Pokemon Legends Arceus, but you may be wondering how to check where you stand. This guide will show you how to check your Pokemon Friendship Level in Pokemon Legends Arceus.
How to Check Your Pokemon Friendship Level in Pokemon Legends Arceus
Here is how to check your Pokemon Friendship Level in Pokemon Legends Arceus:
- Go to Jubilife Village
- Speak with Belamy
- Complete the Request
- Select the Pokemon you would like to check your compatibility with
- Belamy will tell you your Friendship Level with this Pokemon
Belamy is an NPC located in Jubilife Village outside of the Pastures. If it’s your first time visiting Belamy, you’ll need to complete a quick and easy Request beforehand. After that’s done, you can speak with Belamy again and choose any Pokemon for which you would like to check your Friendship Level.
Belamy will tell you that you and your Pokemon are quite good companions, assuming your Friendship Levels are up to par. Specific Pokemon evolutions, such as Umbreon, Sylveon, and Espeon, require a high level of Friendship.
If you aren’t good companions with a particular Pokemon, there’s no need to worry because there are lots of things to do to increase Friendship.
How to Increase Friendship Levels with Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Arceus
There are three main ways to increase Friendship Levels with a Pokemon:
- Battling with the Pokemon
- Having the Pokemon in your party
- Spending time with the Pokemon
Now that you know how to check your Friendship Levels, you can head on over to Belamy to see where you stand. Do any of the three things outlined above if you still need to make friends with a Pokemon, and you’ll be good to go in no time.
