NBA 2K23: Top 3PT Shooters Revealed

NBA 2K23 content has been rolling out over the last several weeks leading up to their September 9 release date. Now that we’re only a few days away from the official launch date for the upcoming sports title. Player ratings are next on the list in terms of content reveals, beginning with some of the league’s deadliest snipers.

Without further ado, here are the top 3PT shooters in NBA 2K23.

1. Stephen Curry (99), PG/SG – Golden State Warriors
2. Klay Thompson (88), SG/SF – Golden State Warriors
3. Desmond Bane (88), SG/SF – Memphis Grizzlies
4. Kevin Durant (88), SF/PF – Brooklyn Nets
5. Luke Kennard (88), SG – Los Angeles Clippers

That’s right the Splash Brothers are at it again and have once again clinched their spot at the top. Despite averaging fewer points (25.5) and shooter a worse percentage from the three-point line (38%) in 2021-22. Curry still managed one of the more efficient shooting strokes in the league, and shot better than 40% from deep in the playoffs, on route to his fourth NBA championship.

Meanwhile, Klay Thompson came back with vengeance last season making over 38% of his shots from deep after not playing in over two years. In fact, he shot nearly the exact same percentage as Steph from beyond the arc, showcasing that they both deserve to be at the top amongst three-point shooters in NBA 2K23.

Then there’s Kevin Durant, who isn’t just one of the best players of all time but one of the best pure scorers and shooters as well. Exemplified beautifully last season when he too shot better than 38% from three-point range, averaging 30 points per game. While Desmond Bane sees a dramatic rise following an incredibly efficient year in which he made 43.6% of his 3PT shots, as well as Luke Kennard, who led the league in three-point shooting percentage last season with 45%.

Regardless of how you view the current NBA and the importance of perimeter shooting, it’s hard to argue against this top five.
