Madden NFL 23: All Offensive Tackle Ratings and Rankings Revealed
Offensive tackles are debatably the most important positions on the offensive line. Right tackles are relied on to run block and move defenders off the ball while also displaying the agility and lateral quickness to keep up with athletic edge rushers. While left tackles are designed to protect the quarterback’s blind side through elite pass protection. Since both play massive roles on the offensive line, you’ll want to equip yourself with one of the following players in Madden NFL 23.
Without further ado, here are the top 40 offensive tackles in Madden NFL 23.

All things considered, I’ve seen far worse Madden ratings at launch when it comes to offensive tackles. Trent Williams has cemented his rightful place at the top with Smith, Bakhtiari, and Armstead following close behind. Now this isn’t to say that the list is perfect because I do still see some clear flaws.

For instance, Dion Dawkins was a Pro Bowler last season but was somehow rewarded with an 83 overall, which just barely lands him in the top 20. While Taylor Lewan is a three-time Pro Bowler and widely regarded as one of the premier tackles in the league. Though somehow he was handed out a lowly 81 overall in Madden NFL 23. Which means he’s no longer a top 20 offensive tackle (which I find hard to believe). However, these feel like all-around solid launch ratings considering how harsh EA has been with offensive linemen in the past.
