Gangplank is a Bilgewater Region 5 mana 5/5 with the Overwhelm keyword. When he’s summoned, he summons a Powder Keg. He levels up after you deal damage to the enemy Nexus a total of 5 rounds, which is the same level up requirement as Sejuani. The powder kegs stack and cause all your spells and skills to deal 1 extra damage. The kegs are destroyed when your spells or skills damage an enemy.
Fizz is a 1 mana 2/1 from the new Bilgewater Region. His card reads, “when you cast a spell, give me Elusive and stop all enemy spells and skills targeting me.” Fizz levels up when you cast six or more spells during the game.
