How to Unlock Cars and Cosmetic Items in Need for Speed Unbound
When it comes to unlocking some awesome stuff at the price of just playing, there are a couple of ways of doing so. The first and most in-your-face way is going to be by completing the weekly Qualifiers.
To get to a qualifier, you’ll need to complete the week of events leading up to it and then, of course, qualify when you actually play the Qualifier event on Saturday nights. Once done, the car listed as the reward will be added to your garage of vehicles to drive.

If you don’t want to wait for those big car rewards, then you can actually unlock cars as well as cosmetic items for your vehicles and character by completing the various challenges that the game throws your way. Each challenge has its own parameters of what needs to be done in order to successfully complete it in order to obtain the reward associated with it.
From my experience, challenges aren’t too difficult to complete and most are either based on your progression or can be done quickly, such as taking out 5 cops.
