Go to the south of Ohn’ahran Plains at 56, 78. During the event, you will fight numerous water enemies until the boss, Raging Torrent, comes out. Once you defeat him, click on the chest that appears and you will get your gear. The maximum level the loot can be is 379. If some other group looted the chest before you, it seems that the chest has a 2-hour respawn timer and you can fish in the surrounding area to pass time.
