DOORS is a Roblox horror game that will throw entities at you as you traverse the hallways and rooms of the hotel. Not every run will guarantee you see every entity the game has to offer, as some are rather rare. Some may be unlucky enough to be visited by Ambush, an incredibly rare entity that will catch every player off their guard if they are not careful. And unlike the other entities, Ambush always comes back for more. Here is how to survive Ambush in DOORS.
How to beat Ambush in DOORS
When Ambush will strike
This entity works largely the same as Rush, and is in fact practically a rare replacement. The lights will flicker slightly longer than the lights do when Rush is about to attack, warning you of its presence. The change may not be too noticeable when in the heat of the game.
Note: If the lights flicker a lot longer, then that is actually an indication that Halt is on the other side of that door.
Ambush is quicker than Rush, and will let out a scream as soon as it spawns in. You will only have seconds to get into a hiding place.
Much like Rush, Ambush will speed through the room, knocking all the lights out and killing anyone it hits.
Unlike Rush, however, Ambush will actually go back through the rooms. Ambush may go back and forth 2 – 6 times before it goes away, making it incredibly dangerous.

How to stay safe
As soon as the lights flicker, your immediate reaction should be to find a hiding spot. However, this is not as simply as Rush where you can just get out again, as Ambush will come careening right back through. But you cannot simply stay hiding, as that will trigger another entity, Hide, to start threatening you.
The best strategy is to actually leave your hiding spot as soon as Ambush passes and then immediately going back into the same hiding spot. Hide will reset if it had started to rear its head. Keep going in and out until Ambush goes away.
You can revive other players after Ambush is gone.
