How to Solve All Irondale Treasure Vault Puzzles in Hogwarts Legacy

Utilize those spells you have mastered

Throughout the Regions of Hogwarts, you will find Treasure Vaults hidden within the landscape. Some of these are easily accessible, with a Treasure Chest inside for you to open and obtain some extra gear and interesting loot. However, some Vaults require a bit more work in order to open. These have puzzles inside where players are required to use their magic to solve them. For those trying to solve the Irondale Treasure Vault puzzles, this one is for you. There are other Vaults inside Irondale, but this guide will discuss how to get into those hard-to-access locations.

Irondale Treasure Vault Puzzle Solutions

First Puzzle

The first puzzle can be found inside the Irondale Treasure Vault of Feldcroft. From Irondale, you need to head west, past the Small Bandit Camp. The Treasure Vault is located atop a cliffside, follow the staircase up where you will find a pathway underground, leading you to the puzzle room of the Vault. Refer to the screenshot below for an exact location of the Irondale Treasure Vault we are referring to.

This puzzle asks the players to get to the upper level of the Vault. To do this however, you must use Wingardium Leviosa Spell in order to lift the cube in the room. As you lift the cube, move it so that it is underneath the upper passageway. You will need to move the cube all the way against the right-side wall, so that you can climb up. Your character can make the jump so long as the cube is against the wall. The Chest can be found up here, with Silver Half-Rim Spectacles inside.

Second Puzzle

Your next location is south of the Ancient Hotspot within Feldcroft Region. If you have not found this yet, do not worry. You can use the Irondale Floo Flame travel spot as a starting point. Head south-west towards the mountain edge. The puzzle can be found in the derelict castle spot. Once again, just the screenshot below as reference when looking for this Treasure Vault.

This time around you are required to open the Vault door. However, to do so, players need to once again move the cube in the ruins. Use Revelio to locate the cube that you will need to move onto the platform. The cube is located behind a wall of vines, to remove it you should use the Confringo Spell. The cube will drop, allowing you to use Wingardium Leviosa. Take the cube to the platform and place it down. The platform is located above the first staircase, close to the Irondale Treasure Vault door. To initiate the door opening function however, players need to use the Glacius Spell to freeze the cube. With the door now open, head on in to obtain the Regal School Cloak.

Third Puzzle

The next Irondale Treasure Vault is located south-east of the Feldcroft Catacombs. Head to the docks and dive into the whirlpool. This will take you to the Vault entrance. To open it, all you need to do is hit Revelio to locate the pull-button on the right-side of the room. You will need to use Accio on the pull-button which will open the Vault door. Use Revelio once more to find the door that is open. It is also located north-east of the room. Head on it to obtain the Ochre Cloak.

Fourth Puzzle

The Irondale Treasure Vault is located north of Irondale. To open the Vault door, use Depulso on the wind machines located right outside the door. This is a timed puzzle, in which you will need to hit both wind machines repeatedly with Depulso. We recommend using the spell on the machines 8 times. You will not be able to hit both at once of course so use Depulso on the machine on the left first. Use the spell 8 times, then run to the right machine and hit this one 8 times too. This will give you more than enough time to go through the Vault door.

Once inside, use Bombardo Spell on the skeleton in the wall on the right-side of the room. Next, use Accio to bring the bones to one place, close to you. Finally, use Wingardium Leviosa to pick up all of the skeleton pieces, bringing them between the two crests located on the wall and floor. The bones will create a staircase for you to climb up. Head up to obtain the Striped School Robe.

Fifth Puzzle

The fifth and final puzzle for the Irondale Treasure Vault is located in Hogwarts Valley. Head north-west from the Northern South Sea Bog Floo Flame. Once again, refer to the screenshot below for the exact location of this Vault. Use Incendio on the circular rock formation located above the Treasure Vault door. Next, use Wingardium Leviosa to pick up the cube below. Place the cube atop the platform and use Levioso on the cube to open the door.

When you get inside, all you need to do is use Revelio to highlight which pull-buttons you need to use Accio on to gain access to the chest in the room. Open the chest to obtain the Silver Wooden Spectacles.
