In Knights of Honor II Sovereign, Black Sea Games has brought together a multiplayer experience that any group of players can enjoy. Provided of course, that the multiplayer can work. With lots of intricate systems, people might be wondering just how to play with friends in Knights of Honor II Sovereign. We are going to answer this question as well as give you a few tips as to how to get multiplayer working, in the case that some issues arise.

While the developers have stated that there have been some server issues regarding the multiplayer experience, we still need to figure out how to invite players to your game. In order to start a multiplayer game, players will want to direct their attention to the main menu screen. There will be an option for multiplayer on the main menu. After selecting, you will have the option to load a current campaign you’ve started with people, or start a new campaign. After which you can invite up to 5 other people for a total of 6 people in a game. Unfortunately once people might not be able to play with their friends even thought they have everyone in the lobby.

Knights of Honor II Sovereign Multiplayer Fixes

When trying to start a multiplayer game, players have been complaining of issues from multiplayer such as not being able to start multiplayer once entering the menu, and even not seeing a multiplayer button on the main menu at all. A developer working on the game took to the replies in a Steam discussion question regarding the multiplayer problems. They’ve stated they are working on fixes and to try and disabling IPv6 and restarting and see if that fixes it. Some people have reported this fix has reminded the issue, while others state nothing has been able to solve their issues. One can only hope that if you are experiencing issues, the game will be steadily patched and tweaked to make sure this is a problem of the past.
