You will encounter several scary and random creatures through your adventures in Journey to the Savage Planet. The Meat Vortex is one example, and he might be a bit confusing to some players at first. Your weapons will not damage the Meat Vortex, and you are unable to jump over him.

How to Pass Meat Vortex in Journey to the Savage Planet

To make your way around the Meat Vortex, you will need to distract him for a bit. As you can imagine, they like to eat meat so we will take advantage of that fact. You need some bait which can be found in containers randomly throughout the game.

Throw some bait at the Meat Vortex and he’ll make his way over to it and start snacking. After his snack, the Meat Vortex will allow you to pass and continue your journey.
