How to Parry in Atlas Fallen

To parry is oftentimes a good alternative to just dodging. Many Atlas Fallen players recommend using both actions, with a special focus on parrying. To parry, you will have to click the Parry key bind or button before an enemy attack lands. Before your parry window starts, the enemy will flash a red light, a mechanic that is not unusual for action games.

After you land a parry, enemies will freeze, allowing you to deal direct damage. Moreover, you can also unleash your Sandskin ability after successfully parrying in Atlas Fallen. There are certain advantages you can get for Parrying if you have the proper equipment:

  • Generating Parry (Essence Stone): After a successful parry, you will generate a small amount of Momentum.
  • Active Parry (Perk): After a successful parry, your Actrive Stones will receive a cooldown reduction.
