Endlessly exploring the Herta Space Station can get rather tedious after a while, especially if you get it in your head that you need to fight your way through the Station in order to obtain the Access Cards or speak to everyone you meet to complete the dialogue options in hopes that this will result in a Card being given as a reward to your resilience. But when opening the Triple Authentication Room in Honkai: Star Rail, players will need to do a bit of everything and see a bit of everywhere before they can find every Card needed to unlock the door and reap the rewards inside. This is how to get into the Authentication Room.
How to Open Authentication Room in Honkai: Star Rail
To unlock the Authentication Room in Honkai: Star Rail, the Access Keycards are required. But these are scattered throughout Herta Space Station and have different requirements in order to find and obtain them all. You need to locate a total of 3 Access Cards which can be found in the three areas: Base Zone, Storage Zone and Master Control Zone. But to get these Access Cards, you will need to defeat enemies, solve platforming puzzles and speak to a mysterious man…with an afro.

Keep in mind that these Access Cards can be obtained in any order and that you will likely have to defeat multiple enemies whilst collecting these Cards.
Base Zone Access Card
To get the first Access Card, head to the Base Zone. You need to go to the north side of the Zone where there are two rooms on either side of each other (on the Map). You want to enter the room on the right. Inside is an enemy that you must fight to get the first Access Card. There is a Chest in the room that you will want to open, although it is unrelated to getting inside the Authentication Room.
Storage Zone Access Card
This is the puzzle portion of opening the Authentication Room. Inside the Storage Zone, you need to head to the west side of the Map. In this area you will find a room that requires you to turn ON/OFF platforms in order to progress to the other side of the room as the second Access Card is located there. Not really much of a puzzle however as all you need to do is cross over the holographic orange platform and interact with the Control Panel located on the left after crossing. This will enable the grey and blue holographic platforms to appear so that you can walk to the other side of the room. Walk over the final blue platform and go up the slope but do not enter the room. The second Access Card is located on the ground just outside of the doorway. Interact with the glowing white beam as the item indicator to pick the Card up.
Master Control Zone Access Card
The final Access Card is very easy to get in that you only need to talk to the Man with the Afro repeatedly inside the Master Control Zone until you have ran out of dialogue options. He is located just north of the Zone entrance/ Teleport Point. As you walk forward, the path will split into three, stay on the northern path where you will find the Afro Man just after walking past the fork in the road. Converse with him a total of 5 times to receive the final Access Card.
With all 3 Access Cards located, return to the Authentication Room located in Base Zone (south of the first Access Card Room). Interact with the Control Panel outside of the door to unlock the room. Inside there are 2 enemies that you will need to defeat in order to obtain the Treasure at the back of the room.
