Crafting is what allows you to make numerous things such as weapons, upgrades to potions, or ammo needed for weapons to work. In Everspace 2 crafting is used to make various weapons, consumables, components, and catalysts. It’s incredibly important to understand crafting in the game since there are plenty of things you can craft. Unfortunately, as you’re trying to navigate the world of Everspace 2 you might run into nefarious objects such as mines. we’re going to teach you how to move mines in Everspace 2.

How can you move mines in Everspace 2

There are plenty of obstacles that can disturb your gameplay as you’re playing Everspace 2. One of those distractions involves mines that can detonate and destroy anything in their paths. Approaching them is dangerous and the last thing you want to do is watch them all go off at once, destroying something you need in the process.

If you want to move a mine you need to get close enough so you can grab it. This will change the mine into a green color indicating it’s friendly to toss. If you need to move a mine that’s blocking something, let’s say a freighter, you can use this tactic other than shooting it. If you shoot around the mine and there are tons of them surrounding a freighter it could all potentially blow up.

Tips to move mines Everspace 2

If you’re still not comfortable with moving mines you can try this tip to move them carefully. All mines require you to have patience so always keep that in mind.

If you’re approaching a ship that needs help try looking for a red orb near the ship. Make your way towards the light that’s farther away from the ship. This will help you because it won’t detonate the others. You’ll have time to work on one mine at a time. Work your way inwards and it should be easier to deactivate them.

The minute you start hearing bleeping that’s when you need to react before it explodes. just before it explodes, but it’s also at this point you will be close enough to disarm it. Disarm it as usual by pressing “F” to grab it and you will disarm the mine.
