Morale is one of the stats that is available in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. While you may think morale can be modified by certain abilities or gear, it is not that at all. You see, the Morale system determines the difficulty of your encounters with the enemy. While you have a high Morale, you will find that the fights are easier, and you will have more battle options at your disposal. Keep a low Morale, however, and you will struggle winning any fights, which will limit your options during any encounter as well. Sounds realistic enough, I mean, fighting while motivated is always a good thing. But anyway, you need to keep your morale high. And there are some ways you will be able to do so.
First, you must be sure to defeat all enemies you encounter to keep your Morale high. Defeating them while not getting hit by normal or Critical strikes will ensure you don’t miss any Genuine Qi or Morale during battle. Yes, even winning isn’t enough in some cases. So go ahead and try your best to not let any hit land or, well, die in this game. The other way to gain Morale is through claiming Battle Flags and Marking Flags. You will be able to get to them by exploring the world. This is a nice thing to do if you already have a low Morale and don’t wish to risk another fight. Furthermore, you will gain some extra Fortitude, which will limit how low your Morale can get.
