Taking cues from other popular mobile and PC free-to-play social games, you are able to join a clan, or in this case, a camp. Comprised of other players from around the world, camps allow you to further develop your character and build resources with others all aiming towards the goal of survival. In order to use this feature, players will first need to reach level 10. This can be easily achieved be progressing through the main missions, and should be achieved after completing your homestead.

Once you get to level 10, tap the menu button in the top right of the screen to the left of the map. Select camp, and you will be shown the camp list screen. To join a camp, find a camp from the list with available space, and hit apply. If it is an auto-join camp, you will automatically be accepted and brought into the clan, while others might require approval from the leader. To leave a camp, simply go to the player list screen in your camp, and there will be the option to “leave camp” in the bottom left. If you instead want to create a camp instead of joining one, make your way back to the camp joining screen.

Select the tab on the right side of the screen that says “create.” From here, you’ll have the option to enter your camp name, declaration, language, as well as an emblem for your camp. The cost of creating your own camp is entirely dependent on how long you want your recruitment period to be. Essentially, you only have a designated period of time to recruit enough members in order to legitimize your camp. You can spend 1000 silver for 12 hrs, 2000 for 24 hrs, or 48 hrs for 4000. A relatively small amount of currency that can be gained in no time. If you decide to put any amount of time into this game, becoming a part of a camp or creating your own will not only benefit you, but other players in your camp as well.
