How to Get the Perfect Throw Trophy/Achievement in Plague Tale Requiem

Care to Play a Game of Skill?

Being a completionist can be both rewarding and miserable. In some cases, the quest to nab that elusive platinum trophy/achievement can be fun in and of itself. But, the other side of that coin is games that have missable collectibles or missions that can’t be seen by the naked eye. In A Plague Tale: Requiem, there’s a trophy/achievement that can be earned by completing a select minigame off the beaten path.

It’s not a task you might call missable. But it does require a fair amount of attention on the player’s part. So, today we’re going to be taking a look at how to nab the “Perfect Throw” trophy/achievement. Read on if you’re having difficulties accomplishing this task in A Plague Tale: Requiem.

How to Get the Perfect Throw Trophy/Achievement

It’s important to remember that this trophy/achievement is made possible at the beginning of chapter eight, once you leave the ship. Take off from the market area using the only available path. As soon as you see a staircase leading downward to the left, take it. It’s here where you’ll find the aforementioned minigame. You’ll know you’re in the right place if you can hear someone yelling about a ‘game of skill.’

To complete this minigame, you’ll need to not only throw a pot through each of the flower crowns, but also, the pot must shatter against the painted background. It’s — probably — easier to do this from left to right; be warned, the trophy may not unlock if you don’t. If you can nail this challenge, you’ll receive some congratulatory words from your companions, as well as a Souvenir for your efforts.
