You can get several bikes in Sneaky Sasquatch, and the Chopper might be the hardest one yet. So, how can you get this bike? To get it, you must check the newspaper for an ad about the Chopper being sold. This may take a few days, but you can check various newspaper stands to see if the Chopper has been advertised.
There are newspaper stands in the Town, Bank, and Police Station. Once you find the ad for the Chopper, make sure to keep a note about the number you have to call. The number will be random and will not be in the newspaper the next day you check it.

After you call the number, the owner of the Chopper will request that you meet with him at the Automotive Customs shop. However, for him to sell the Chopper to you, you must wear a Leather Jacket. You can do this by wearing the Cool Disguise. The next day, meet him at the Automotive Customs shop, and he will sell the Chopper for 5,000 coins. However, if this price is too high for you, haggle to bring the price down to 4,000 or 2,500 coins.
