How to Get more employees in Industries of Titan

the more workers, the more progress

In Industries of Titan, business is the name of the game, literally. Players find themselves in a free for all against other conglomerates to expand their city. Creating a city from scratch is difficult anywhere, especially on the harsh environments of Titan. No matter the challenges, players must grow their city, or face the ire of the Council. Plans to expand a thriving city are great, but go nowhere without employees. The more players play, the more they find they need an increasing amount of workers to fulfil critical tasks. We’ll show players exactly how to recruit more employees to generate a highly productive work force to colonize Titan.

Fortunately for players, obtaining a growing work force for more projects is fairly straightforward. Though of course the opportunity isn’t free. There comes a cost to gaining more working hands. In this instance, players should have a generous power supply beforehand, as they’re going to need it. At the very least the game is forgiving for newer players. For a small boost in employees, players can build the Conversion Station. Creating one will grant players an extra two employees, not only that, but it takes up little floor grid space and power.

For players more advanced in the game, there is the Conversion Building. Requiring a hefty 12 energy per building players wish to create, it’s a give and take in resources. Though at this point, players should be well enough that they can organize both space and power needs appropriately. Of course, another way to raise employee count is to upgrade your headquarters, though it’s not as effective as the above mentioned methods.
