How to Get Married in Kynseed – Romance Guide

When married life is a necessity in a life sim!

Kynseed is a distinctive life sim where it really takes the motif of family building in a sandbox RPG to the utmost of extremes. Players really do have to commit to marrying and raising a family, multiple at that, since all characters can and will die. To stick around in the very same Kynseed playthrough your original character would have grown up in, explored and shaped with their own two hands, starting a family once marrying is the only way to do so.

It therefor goes without saying that knowing how to do both is what you are aiming for every step of the way in Kynseed. Not only does marriage give you an additional stat boost, but it opens up the only key ability of formulating a family tree.

How to Get Married in Kynseed – Romance Guide

Players will be able to deduce who they can romance and date in Kynseed via the bond levels. Remember that players are not locked into romancing just the opposite sex. Before attempting to go on dates with any one of these potential bachelors and bachelorettes, they must be on “Friendly” terms with the player character. Gift and perform tasks for them to raise FP (Friendship Points).

Players will then be able to gift them a Rose of Romance at that stage to trigger a three stage date. This will kickstart a task set by the character you are romancing, which can be tracked via the calendar that will lay out the requirements of clearing it.

Players will be required to clear these tasks provided by the romanced character up until their bond changes into “Lovers”. This singles the earliest possible time to propose to them.

Players will need to acquire a White Rose (found in Loverwood) to gift it to their significant other to indicate the proposal. This will then trigger additional tasks that will consist of gathering ingredients to make an Apple Pie. This is to then be gifted to the Priest in exchange of the Binding Band that is gifted to your partner to secure the Ceremony date.

In order to make an Apple Pie, the specific items you need are as follows:

  • Charmweed
  • Egg
  • Flour

After choosing a date for the Wedding and seeing the ceremony play out, your spouse will start living at your house and farm.
