Today marks the start of the first Marvel’s Avengers beta weekend. There are three weekends during August where players can give the game a try. The first week is for PlayStation 4 players, the second is for PC and Xbox One players, and the third is an open beta for everyone. Here’s how to get into the Marvel’s Avengers beta.

How to get into Marvel’s Avengers beta

To get into Marvel’s Avengers beta weekends, you’ll need to pre-order the game for either PlayStation 4 or PC. If you’re on PC, head over to the Marvel’s Avengers Steam page and pre-purchase it for $59.99. Console players can head over to the official Square Enix page and follow the steps there.

You can check out the Marvel’s Avengers beta start times and dates on our other post. Pre-purchasing gives you access to the betas, where you can level your character to 15 with a 45 power level. Fans who pre-purchase the game for PlayStation 4 can start playing the beta today. 

Marvel’s Avengers is a third-person action-adventure game that can be played either single-player or co-op. Join up in a team of four to defend the earth from threats. One-time online access is a requirement for multiplayer and to keep the game up-to-date with new content. Users will also need to create free Square Enix accounts. 

Marvel’s Avengers release on September 4, 2020.
