Patience is a virtue in the hunt for the mystical Green Pearl

The hunt for specific and rare goods begin in the cozy experience of Palia. Whilst the journey seems like one that many will find satisfying with its Cooking, Mining, Furniture Making and Fishing mechanics that are classic components of life sims, Palia does hold some moments that could completely take away all hope of completing specific Quests. Whether you are trying to complete the ‘Vault of Waves’ Questline or looking to find rare goods to sell on and get that coin up, the Green Pearl is one that is very well hidden. Do not give up in your search for the uniquely colored pearl as this item is all about patience and luck. This is Vincent’s guide on where to find Green Pearls in Palia.

Where to Find Green Pearls in Palia

Green Pearls are an incredibly rare item to find in Palia. Whilst it is needed as a Quest item to complete the specific Questline of Jina titled ‘Vault of Waves’, the hunt for this special Pearl can leave you very much in the dust. Although it has an incredibly specific location in which you can find it in, being the Bahari Bay, it cannot simply be found on the sandy biome of the Bay. Instead, players will need to find Unopened Oysters which can often be found in the shallow waters alongside the Bay. You should start alongside the perimeter of the Bay, specifically travelling through Beachcomber Cover, Lighthouse Lagoon and Coral Shores. These all house pockets of shallow water that you can tread through to search for any Oysters scattered under the water itself.

Be sure to keep an eye out for the white glowing indicator of an item below the surface of the water as the Oyster cannot be seen underwater otherwise. It can however be found washed up on the sandy shore too, but this is a rarer find than in the shallow water that you should check first.

The Oyster is a Consumable Item and one that can offer a range of items upon opening its contents. You can either get Oyster Meat, Pearl, Shiny Pebble or the Green Pearl you are looking for. However, the difficult thing about finding the Green Pearl is that it only have a 3% chance of appearing. For this reason, you will want to stockpile on Oysters before sitting down and cracking each one open to reveal what is inside. You do not want to travel through the eastern hemisphere only to put all of your luck on a single Unopened Oyster only to find that there is Meat inside.
