How to Get All 33 of the Grand Staircase Collectibles in Hogwarts Legacy

Fans who have already played Hogwarts Legacy are being left wonderstruck by the game, and for a good reason. Set in the world of Harry Potter first created by J.K. Rowling, but with an incredible new storyline developed due to Avalanche Software’s creativity, the game is a fresh new experience for all lovers of the Wizarding World. Players will attend Hogwarts as teenaged witches and wizards, where they can learn spells, grow plants, catch beasts and brew potions in the game.

One other great part about Hogwarts Legacy is that there are so many more things to do other than simply follow along with the main plot and quests in the game. For example, there are many hidden collectibles hidden all around Hogwarts and the world beyond the castle. In this guide, we have compiled a list of the 33 hidden collectibles that can be found around the grand staircase inside Hogwarts.

Which Collectibles Do You Find Near the Grand Staircase?

To find every object on this list, you will need to have unlocked most of the spells in the game, as well as progressed through the story far enough. After that, head to the Hogwarts grand staircase to start your search, and have your trusty field guide so that you can fill it up with pages. There are a total of 26 Field Guide Pages hidden around the grand staircase area, as well as 7 Collection Chests for you to find.

In order to complete this quest and obtain all of the Field Guide Pages, you will have to already have beaten Niamh Fitzgerald’s Trial as well as the In the Shadow of the Study quest. If you have not, go back and finish those off before starting your search. Where Can You Find Specific Collectibles?

There are many places that you can find the Field Guide Pages and Collection Chests scattered around the Hogwarts grand staircase. Here are all of the locations, listed in a random order.

• In front of the Hogwarts Architect statue with the lion, cast Revelio to obtain a Page.
• Bring moths to the panel outside the Great Hall for a Page on the right side wall.
• Open the door that can be found two flights of stairs up from the Great Hall and to the left for a Collection Chest.
• Cast Revelio on the cabinet that is located on the spiral staircase level to reveal another Page.
• Head further down the spiral staircase and then into where the barrels are. Cast Revelio on a group of barrels located further down the cellar for a Page.
• Head back up the spiral staircase to the main floor and look out over where the portraits are. Eventually, a Page will come floating by and you must cast a spell to obtain it.
• Head up the staircase on the far side of the main floor to the statue of the crone. Cast Revelio for another Page.
• There is a Collection Chest on the first door to your right, then up the stairs one floor. Answer the equation on that door to enter and claim it.
• The next page is back by all of the portraits on the ground floor. Go up the staircase to the left and cast Levioso on the statue of the witch holding a globe for another Page.
• Turn back and go solve another door on that same level for another Collection Chest.
• After that, cast Lumos on another Moth puzzle in the back stairwell from the second-most bottom level. Filling this in will give you a Page.
• Head back up the stairs to an alcove with a statue – the Ravenclaw Bust – and cast Revelio for a Page.
• Go into Ravenclaw’s corridor and cast Revelio on Ravenclaw’s Doorknocker for the next Page.
• Journey down the stairs back to the portrait area, but take a left as soon as you enter and cast Revelio on the first landing to get the Moving Staircase Page.
• Continue upwards and answer the next door puzzle for a Collection Chest.
• Keep going up the stairs and cast Confringo on the nest at the top, then Accio to pull the page towards you.
• Head up the grand staircase tower once more and cast Revelio on the troll armor for a Page.
• Next, keep going down that corridor and cast Revelio on the Centaur armor display to get a Page.
• Your next Page will be further down the same hallway and can be found by casting Revelio on the House-Elf armor.
• Take a right and cast Revelio on the trophy case just as you enter the room for a Page.
• Then, cast another on the Goblet of Fire casket in the same room for a second Page.
• You must cast Alohomora on the gate as you leave the room to your right in order to continue, but then continue onwards and keep going up the stairs you find. Past the spiral staircase, you will enter the final landing. Cast Revelio on the Headmaster’s Office gargoyle to earn a hard-to-find Page!
• Bring a moth to the puzzle on your right in order to get your next Page.
• This next page requires you to have completed Niamh Fitzgerald’s trial, upon which you must cast Revelio on the sleeping portraits for another Page.
• Then, go to your right and grab the Collection Chests that are in the room there.
• Cast Revelio on the desk to your right to get another Page.
• There is a door on your left which leads outside. Cast Alohomora to go through it, then on the one after it to get back inside the castle. Continue up the stairs and then grab the Key of Admittance off a desk. You can use it to get through a door that guards a spiral staircase, which you must climb. Then, head to the top and cast Revelio on the Quill of Acceptance and Book of Admittance for another Page, possibly the hardest to find.
• The next two Collection Chests are found in the same area, by the books at the back of the room. After that, teleport back to the grand staircase using the Floo Network.
• For the next two Pages, cast Confringo on a brazier right as you arrive through the Floo Network and use Accio to pull it in.
• The second last Page needs you to have finished the In the Shadow of the Study quest. Travel to the Scriptorium from the Slytherin Dungeons and cast Revelio on the carpet in Salazar Slytherin’s Scriptorium to get a Page.
• Your last Page can be found by heading back to the Slytherin Dungeons, up the stairs on your left, and then casting Revelio on the Kelpie statue to reveal it! Congratulations on earning all 33 collectibles around the Hogwarts grand staircase area! Well done, you’ve earned it after all that hard work!
