Like many open-world games, Hogwarts Legacy has a percentage-based tracker that lets you know how much of the game’s content you’ve actually completed. Like GTA V, RDR2, etc. you will likely complete the main quest line and still have about 30-40% of the game left to explore.

Getting to 100% in Hogwarts Legacy

Many of you have probably been in a situation where you have completed everything you could in the game but saw that the completion tracker still told you that you are at 95%, 96%, 97%, etc. That means there are still some quests lurking about that you didn’t know about.

One great strategy that can help you find out which quests and tasks you missed is to open your map and zoom out until you see the map breaking down in regions. Once when you see the map split up, the unsolved quests will be pointed out for you. This will also show you collectibles you have missed and it works for each section of the castle as well.

If there’s a side quest you’re missing and you’re not seeing it on the map, it might be one of these two: Sacking Selwyn or Well, well, well. Furthermore, what many people didn’t know is that in order to get 100% completion you need to find all the butterflies. These collectible moments aren’t the first things that pop to mind but as it turns out they’re crucial for getting the game completed.

Lastly, if you want to do a manual checkup of quests and collectibles you might have missed, you can refer to this great resource from Steam Community that breaks down the whole game, helping you to get to 100%.
